Fel-O-Vax IV - Fort Dodge
Feline Rhinotracheitis-Calici-Panleukopenia-Chlamydia Psittaci Vaccine, Killed Virus and Chlamydia.
Contents: This product contains the antigens listed above.Thimerosal, neomycin, polymyxin B and amphotericin B added as preservatives.
Indications: For vaccination of healthy cats 8 to 10 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by feline rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia viruses and feline Chlamydia psittaci.
Dosage and Administration: Inject one 1 mL dose intramuscularly or subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Repeat in 3 to 4 weeks. Annual revaccination with a single dose of vaccine is recommended.
InfoVax-ID System: The InfoVax-ID System provides a simple and effective method of recording pertinent information on the vaccines administered to animals in a veterinary practice. For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animal's medical chart.
Precaution(s): Store in dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Avoid freezing. Shake well.

In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.
