Perna mussels are a good source of protein, minerals, and chondroitin sulfates.

Along with Glucosamine and Perna canaliculus, GLYCO-FLEX® I contains other ingredients such as N,N Dimethylglycine (DMG). Vetri-Science holds 5 U.S. patents on DMG which demonstrates the multiple benefits that this ingredient can provide for the health and well-being of the dog.

The Perna canaliculus used in GLYCO-FLEX® I is produced by freeze-drying the entire mussel (excluding the shell) of the Perna Mussel from New Zealand .

Formula:

Each Chewable Tablet Contains: Glyco-Flex® I, Perna canaliculus (Green-Lipped) Mussel 600 mg, Glucosamine HCl 500 mg, Brewers Yeast 400 mg, Stearic Acid 133 mg, N, N Dimethylglycine HCl 100 mg, Cellulose 80 mg, Silicon Dioxide 48 mg, Smoke Flavor 19 mg.

Suggested Use:
Initial: (4-6 Weeks)
Up to 30 lbs: 1/2 tablet daily per 30 lbs body weight
31-60 lbs: 1 tablet daily
61-100 lbs: 2 tablets daily
101 lbs and over: 2 1/2 tablets daily

Maintenance:
Up to 30 lbs: 1/2 tablet every other day per 30 lbs body weight
31-60 lbs: 1/2 tablet daily
61-100 lbs: 1 tablet daily
101 lbs and over: 1 1/2 tablets daily

If giving more than one tablet, divide between AM and PM.
