BANAMINE® Schering-Plough (FLUNIXIN MEGLUMINE) Injectable Solution 100 mg/mL For Intravenous or Intramuscular Use in Horses and for Intravenous Use in Beef and Nonlactating Dairy Cattle Only. Not for Use in Lactating and Dry Dairy Cows. Not for Use in Veal Calves. Potent non-narcotic, non-steroidal analgesic agent with anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing activity. .

Banamine Injection (flunixin meglumine) is the only injectable non-steroidal anti-inflammatory approved for use in cattle in the U.S.

Indications:
Banamine For Horses: BANAMINE® Injectable Solution is recommended for the alleviation of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders in the horse. It is also recommended for the alleviation of visceral pain associated with colic in the horse.
Banamime For Cattle: BANAMINE® Injectable Solution is indicated for the control of pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease and endotoxemia. BANAMINE® Injectable Solution is also indicated for the control of inflammation in endotoxemia.
