Ordering Prescription Medications
(if your order is being delivered outside the USA, no Rx is required)
Note: -Rx orders processed by Pet Pharmacy Plus

1) Place order
The first step is to place an order online or by phone toll free 1-877-726-1413 (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday). Please see complete Vet-Vet Information fields on check out form. Please take note of you order number.

2) Pet-Vet Information (If you doNOT have written Prescription)
In order for us to process your prescription order we will need information about your pet and your Veterinarian.
If you would like us to contact your vet for the prescription please fille in the Pet-Vet Information part of the check out page. We will then request prescription approval from you vet.

3) If you Have A Written Prescription
You may send us your Rx Form in one of the following methods.

- FAX: Toll Free (Order number must on FAX, 1-866-259-5824) (if out of US Rx not Required)
- Email the scanned image of your Rx form to: Rx@bullwrinklerx.com
- Send by regular mail to:

4) Your Vet May Approve Your Pet Prescription By Phone Or Fax

- Veterinarian FAX Prescription:
Toll Free 1-866-259-5824 (if out of US Rx not Required)

- or our Pharmacy can Fax a prescription request form to your veterinarian. Simply fill out the Pet-Vet Information on the check out form and we will contact your vet for the prescription approval.

Please note: If we have not received your vets prescription in 5-7 day; then the prescription portion of your order will be canceled, and we will ship all OTC items. If the cancellation of Rx items causes your order to no longer be eligible for free shipping; then our normal shipping rate will be applied.
