Service Policy

The staff at BullwrinkleRx.com take pride in the service to our customers.  We strive to make the ordering process simple, easy and convenient.  Every product is veterinarian approved to ensure you receive the best quality products available.  There is no minimum order requirement.  With few exceptions, we stock every item found on our website so that we can process your order the same day it is received.

Returns

Returns may be made within 4 weeks of purchase. Any newly packaged, unopened product may be returned. A refund or replacement will be given upon return of items. Please call us to obtain return authorization before returning any product (800) 889-8967. We recommend sending returns to us in a secure box and by UPS or insured receipt for your protection.

Cancellations

We strive to process and ship your order out the same day its ordered so that it is received in an expedited manner.  If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by calling our toll free number at (877) 726-1413 immediately.  We cannot guarantee an email cancellation notice will be read in time to stop an order from shipping. Orders ship at 4 p.m. central time each weekday.  Orders cancelled after they have already been processed and packaged ready for shipment are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee.  Once the order has shipped it becomes the customers responsibility to obtain an RMA number ..

Refused Orders

Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, credit will be issued for the order less shipping charges.  Once an order has shipped, it is considered a complete sale.  The return will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee .  Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our return specialist.  Vaccines, syringes, needles and prescription medications cannot be returned.

Damaged Product in Shipment:

Report any visible outside damage to delivery carrier, then contact us at 800-889-8967 for instructions.  Please do not discard the product or the shipping box.

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products:
