Orders weighing under 2 lbs. are generally sent by Priority Mail with delivery in 2-4 days Mon.-Sat.  Holiday season and weather conditions may delay delivery times.  Orders over 2 lbs or containing aerosol products are typically sent by UPS ground with delivery within 7 business days depending on the UPS Delivery Zone.

Express Delivery is by FEDEX Next Day Air and arrives in 1-2 business days Monday through Friday.  Express Mail on Fridays are generally shipped by USPS with delivery Saturday or Sunday, depending on the address.  Requests for FEDEX Saturday Delivery will incur the additional FEDEX $12.50 service fee.    Please make a notation in the "Instruction Box" on the check out page if you prefer UPS 2nd Day Air instead of Express and any requests for Saturday delivery.

Vaccines are shipped in chilled packaging and are only shipped Monday thru Thursday! If you order a vaccine on a Friday it will not ship until the following Monday, this is to provent the vaccines from being delayed in shipping and spoiling.

Vaccine Orders and Refrigerated Items: A vaccine shipping charge of $34.95 is charged for all orders containing vaccines or items that need to be refrigerated. This is a flat rate fee regardless of the number of vaccines or other items you purchase along with your vaccines! Someone should be present to sign for and receive the vaccine order when it ships to you. We cannot be responsible for vaccine orders that are delayed because no one is present at the time it is delivered. All vaccines ships overnight.

International Orders: We ship via Express Mail. For most orders, shipping is approximately $36.50. Shipping is automatically calculated when you enter your address information. Certain international shipments may require extra shipping cost due to weight or country location. If this is required, your order will be held until we can advise you of extra charges.

We will not be responsible for any taxes, tariffs, additional fees, or customs restrictions that apply in countries outside the United States. You, the purchaser are solely responsible for all the above.

**Packages over 10 lbs in weight (other than cases of fluids) will be charged the actual shipping charge cost.
